Wesnsoft provides custom software development services, including but not limited to web applications, mobile applications, enterprise systems, integrations, and technical support. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual agreements with clients.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, code, designs, and documentation, are owned by Wesnsoft SIA or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Custom software developed specifically for clients will be subject to ownership terms defined in individual project agreements.
Payment terms, including pricing, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in individual service agreements. Clients agree to pay all fees according to the terms outlined in their specific agreements.
We respect the confidentiality of information shared by our clients. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of our business relationship, as outlined in individual non-disclosure agreements where applicable.
We strive to provide high-quality services but make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wesnsoft SIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
